I've thought more about this topic and can see where we would be able to establish a set group of data files to be added to the Library. Thus instructors could use those to demonstrate and students could also access to practice using various applications. Thanks again for you continued feedback,...

VTMS, scheduling sessions, & timezones

I am curious how tight the integration is with the Centra event scheduler? Is it possible to create a Centra Event and at the same time create the virtual lab? If so, then does the time span align between the two systems? Also what flexibility exists, if needed, to enable the lab compnent to begin later...

Any monitor/ hardware limitations or hiccups?

I ran the URT test on a system with mutiple monitors and received all green checks. I've also used other applications previously which all tested fine, but when it came to run them the muti-monitors prevented successul use. Are multiple monitors supported?
