I saw this once just now while doing some test deployments after shuffling the architecture around here at RJ. The error came almost immediately after start server script ran. This error was given on all vms in the appconfig. I am not able to repro. After moving the infrastructure vms around we had a time sync issue with one of the hosts but resolved that, maybe this is a little residual? Perhaps it took awhile for everything to settle done?
