    local client access privileges

Some customers use Surgient in many different sites some of which they don't have administrative control over. Can surgient be used effectively without local admin right to a windows client? Many IT groups are quite reluctant to give local admin rights to their training facilities. Is there a known set of local or domain policies that can be given to a user that will allow them to use surgient without requiring local Admin rights?

Are you referring to admin rights on the physical box in the classroom environment?  Since we use a web browser, rights on the local system should not affect operations *as long* as the user is able to download and install our controls.  If they cannot do that, the connection and window to the VM will not work.  I am not sure if we offer a local install for these items, but a work-around would be to have the administrator access a VM through Surgient once on each classroom machine, and then all the necessary controls should be downloaded.
