I've read the user manual (http://www.surgient.com/pubs/53/base/VTMS/VTMS_Users_Guide.pdf) and instructor's manual ( http://success.surgient.com/files/folders/downloads/entry693.aspx) but the reporting tool is not decribed within.
Can you please point me to the documentation which details the reporting tool? I assume there is some mechanism for collecting utilization stats which can help us make decisions and conclusions regarding product use and demand for specific software titles. Thus plannig can occur for peak utilization as opposed to average guestimates.
