    Using MC Help

I'm using the Management Console Help online: http://www.surgient.com/pubs/53/base/mchelp/ in Firefox and after a few clicks in the left hand bar, I am unable to view the content in the main section.  Could this be because I'm using Firefox?  I end up just restarting Firefox and going back to the website to view the necessary information.  Should I just use IE?

We support Firefox so you should not have to use IE to navigate the help system.  What version are you using?  If you have any Firefox add-ons (Tools > Add-ons) , please include those.

Can  you point me to a specfic topic you can't load or attach a screenshot here?

    Firefox version:
    2.0.0.9

    AddOns:
    Google Toolbar for Firefox 3.0.20070525W
    Yahoo! Toolbar 1.4.1.20070629

I was unable to view user management > organizations > Creating Organizations, after opening different books under resources > pools > etc.  It seemed as if in the left hand scroll, opened up another site: i.e. there were two rows of Contents, Index, Search within the blue heading on the left hand scroll.

On my home machine outside of Surgient, I installed those toolbars in Firefox 2.0.0.9 and went to the URL and opened very book and subject and they all loaded.  The problem may be related to the way you're getting a frame-within-frame to happen, I could never get into this state.  Are you hitting Refresh or doing anything else to trigger that?  If you have a click pattern that creates the double table of content layout, please describe that here.

    Re: Using MC Help

The only time that I've seen this happen is when I click on the "x" on the side menu on the left hand side to get more real estate.  After closing the side menu, if you start navigating on the main frame, then that is okay.  The issue comes in when you click on "Contents" to again display the side menu.  When you click on this, the "main frame" focus is now located in the side menu.  Unfortunately, it appears like a browser refresh can restore the state back to the original state.

I tried the same steps with IE, and IE appears to be working as design.  I'll submit this issue to our documentation group for further investigation.

I'm unable to reproduce the error.  I'm sorry for the confusion.  I'm using it now and it's fine.  If I'm able to reproduce the error, I will post the image here.

     Thanks for your help!

    I caught a few edits:

     http://www.surgient.com/pubs/53/base/mchelp/

Resources > Pools > Assigning a Host to a Pool > *There are two number 7, (For Default Network, and Trunked Network)

Library Management > Snapshots > Promoting a Snapshot > *There are there are two number 1&2 (click save, optional)
