Surgient Online Help v5.4

By default, the Surgient online help files and the links to the PDF files on the Management Console Home page point to the Surgient publications server, http://www.surgient.com. This ensures access to the latest, most up-to-date documentation.

However, if the installation program detects that your Surgient environment cannot access the Surgient publications server, the online help is automatically installed locally, in the Surgient/URA/base directory.
